The cakes were delicious. We had chocolate mud, caramel mud, red velvet and the raspberry and white chocolate. The chocolate was the best of the four, it was rich but not insanely heavy, with the caramel a close second. Usually, I find caramel flavouring to be very strong; this was the right balance of flavour and sweetness, and because of this, we are considering having a two-tiered cake. The white chocolate and raspberry cake was excellent, the chocolate flavour was not very strong, and the raspberry gave it the extra flavour kick it needed. I'm not a big fan of red velvet cake as I think there are better types of cake around, but this was nice, and my partner loved it. Overall they were moist and even held up well in the fridge for a couple of days. I think we have found our wedding cake.
